An artifact is an equipment that can be obtained from killing drops, chests, random teleportation potion, teleportation potion, purchase upon starting a new journey, merchants, goblin sacks, etc. Your character can carry multiple artifacts in their inventory, but can at most equip one artifact at once.

Summons:

These are special artifacts used to spawn allies, enemies, items, etc.

Spider Egg (Basic) Summons a spider minion for an unlimited time Unknown Health 6-8 damage; chance to poison enemy Drops from egg sac in spider spawn area
Strange Skull Summons two weak allied skeletons for a few turns Unknown Health Drops from skeleton warriors

Beacon (Blue) Summons the Mop up Squad

  • Increase a stat ( more precisely called characteristic in the game, yet stat could be more understandable.)
  • Increases two stats, can be in any combination

  • 50% Reduction of explosions and fire dmg, boost BLK
  • Energy Shield - Generates a shield  when damaged. After the shield is destroyed, it takes several turns to regenerate.
    • Types of shield artifacts:
      • Shield with chance to absorb projectiles; reduces reload time by 2 turns
      • Shield; increase a stat
      • ​​​​​​Energy Shield ‘Reflector’ - The shield generated reflects a portion of damage back to attacker
      • ​​​​Shield; generates blast wave centred armor  upon destruction of shield
      • Shield; upon destruction of shield, has a chance to catch enemies on fire
      • Shield; cast invisibility on player upon destruction of shield
  • Protection Sigil - The longer you stand on a tile, the greater your protection; boost BLK
  • Generate decoys every 6-8 turns
  • Cast invisible effect every few turns
  • Tablet of Anger - Randomly generate electric explosions during combat; increase MLE
  • Sentinel’s Amulet - Randomly summon an allied sentinel during combat (a weak shadow copy)
  • Chaos Amulet - Generate random objects to random tiles in sight at random intervals  (it is more fun to try it yourself, but in case you wanna judge whether to recycle it or consider builds with it, the objects generated are roughly: puddle of healing potion, puddle of acid potion, explosive tank, caustic explosive tank, zombie)
  • Balance Sigil
    • Type 1 - Compensate 20% damaged received with energy; Boost MLE
    • Type 2 - Compensate 50% damaged received with energy; Boost RNG
  • Berserker’s skull - Kill faster and die faster (+80% to melee dmg, +50% to dmg received)
  • Berserker’s amulet - increses damage upon each attack for a few turns
